Living Bridges serves the needs of individuals facing life transitions, primarily those facing the end of life, as well as the needs of their families and caregivers with a special emphasis on their spiritual, emotional and psychosocial needs. Living Bridges seeks to inform and facilitate teachings on hospice and palliative care, life transitions, and end of life care. Living Bridges seeks to assist individuals in their wish to die at home by providing families and caregivers with hands-on training to facilitate end of life comfort care through on-going workshops, trainings, retreats and conferences that help support all levels of life transistions, loss and grief, the dying process, and self care. Living Bridges collaborates with the hospice and medical community and is guided by the experts in the field of life transitions and death and dying, always seeking to enhance patient and family care through compassionate teamwork. Living Bridges is working towards having a hospice house available to the community of Santa Fe that will include continued education on the end of life compassionate care. Living Bridges is a non-profit corporation 501(c)(3) for its educational activities.
